How to search
Enter a keyword (such as a regulation name, standard number or clause) in the search box on the home page. The system returns matching regulations, standards and clauses. You can further filter by country/region or domain.
How to use AI Q&A
Go to the AI Q&A page and type your compliance question (e.g. "What ECE regulations apply when exporting to the EU?"). The AI assistant answers using the regulation knowledge base. Each query is charged accordingly.
How to top up
Select an amount on the billing page and complete payment via Creem.io. Balance is credited immediately and can be used for search and AI Q&A right away.

How do I get more credit?
Select an amount on the billing page to top up. Top-up balance is valid indefinitely (free credits excluded).
Can I get a refund after topping up?
Top-ups are non-refundable. Please confirm before proceeding.
Why do I get an "insufficient balance" error?
Each search costs $0.05 and each AI query costs $0.10. Top up when your balance is insufficient.
How do I get an invoice?
Invoices are issued by Creem.io (in English). View and download them from the Invoice Portal on the billing page.
