StdFlow provides online services including global trade regulation and standard search and AI compliance Q&A. Please read and agree to these terms carefully before using the platform.
Account & Usage
The platform uses email and password for user registration and login. Keep your credentials secure and do not share, lend or use them for unlawful purposes.
Billing & Top-up
The platform uses a prepaid billing model. You receive $1.00 free trial credit on signup, search costs $0.05/query and AI Q&A costs $0.10/query. Payments are processed via Creem.io; free credits are valid for 90 days.

Modification & Termination
The platform may update these terms as its business evolves; updates will be posted on this page. If a user violates these terms, the platform may terminate service.
Non-Refundable Top-ups
All top-up amounts are non-refundable. Please confirm before topping up.
Third-Party Payment
Payments are processed by Creem.io and handled under its privacy policy. The platform does not directly store payment card data.
Prohibited Conduct
Users must not use the platform to:
- Post or transmit unlawful, infringing or fraudulent information
- Engage in money laundering, fraud or other illegal activities
- Maliciously attack, disrupt or damage platform services
- Bulk scrape or crawl platform data
